Pay Your Bill Online or by Phone
Our Online Bill Payment Service allows you the convenience of paying your utility bill online. You can now pay your bill 24/7. We accept American Express, Discover, Master Card, or Visa.
Have your account number handy, and click the Pay Your Bill Now button to the right or at the bottom of the page to get started. It will be a minimal charge of $2.00 or more depending on the amount of the bill if you use this service. Or you can call (844) 348-0392 to pay over the phone.
Payment By Mail
If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment stub to P.O. Box 418 Star, MS 39167.
Automatic Bank Draft
The worry-free way to pay your water bill. With this service, you will still recieve a paper bill on or near the 1st of the month; but the amount of your monthly bill is automatically deducted from your bank account and credited to your water account on or near the 20th. There is no set-up fee or charge associated with this method of payment. To set up Automated Bank Draft, please contact Gina at (601) 845-7035.
Payment Drop-Off Location
You may pay your bill in person at 832 Seventh Day Rd. We accept checks, money orders or credit/debit cards. Office hours are Monday-Friday 7:00-3:00; we normally close for lunch 12:00-1:00. If you are unable to make it during regular office hours there is a 24/7 drop box located in the drive thru.
Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay
Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to seven business days to post to the customer's account. Please consult with your bank for more information.
Polk's Drugs, Florence or Richland
For many years Central Rankin Water has had a bill payment location at Polk's in Florence and Richland. To make a payment at Polk's you must have a water bill or payment stub. **Notice - this is only a payment location, they are unable to answer any account questions you may have**. Also if you use this option to pay it does take a couple of days to post to your account so please remember when paying close to due date.
Also the office on 832 Seventh Day Road will no longer take cash after July 1st, 2018.
